Online booking is available for configured services. Enhancements and services available on request are confirmed directly with Delisha. Check your booking confirmation and payment status separately.

Deposits

Your deposit is applied toward your treatment total. Services priced $150 or less have a $20 deposit; services over $150 have a $50 deposit.

Waxing under $20: no deposit.
Waxing from $20 to under $30: $5 deposit.
Brow Waxing: $25 · 30 minutes · $5 deposit.

Enhancements are available with suitable main treatments only. Group pricing and deposits are confirmed directly.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations at least 24 hours before your appointment receive a full deposit refund. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice allows one deposit transfer. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

We allow a 15-minute grace period, though your service may be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate you, your deposit may transfer once to a rescheduled appointment.

Your provider & walk-ins

Most services are personally provided by Delisha. When she is unavailable or another specialty is needed, a licensed professional may provide your service, subject to availability. We’ll confirm your provider with you before your appointment. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows; contacting us ahead is recommended.

Makeup preparation

Please arrive with your brows already shaped—waxed, threaded, or groomed. Brow shaping is available with your makeup appointment for an additional $15. Request it when booking so we can allow extra time.

Standalone Brow Waxing remains $25.

Personalized preparation

Before treatment, tell Delisha about sensitivities, allergies, recent procedures, and relevant products you use. Preparation and aftercare vary by service and will be discussed for your treatment.

Ask about patch testing for tinting, brow, and lash services. If your skin is irritated or you’re unsure whether a service suits you, ask before your visit.

Your Divine experience

Every facial includes the touches listed in our facial experience. Gel polish is included with pedicures at no additional cost.

Massage and hairstyling are available on request, subject to the licensed provider’s availability. Crystals and custom crystal jewelry inquiries are welcome.

Paperwork & aftercare

Complete your client intake and relevant treatment consent before your visit. Optional photo permission is separate. Clients ages 13–17 need a parent or legal guardian present and consenting for eligible services.

Your aftercare should match the treatment actually completed, including any enhancements and the products used. Delisha will review your instructions with you. Contact her if you need a copy or have questions about your care.
